We are conducting an executive search for one of our top clients. The title is Manager, Global ERP Systems and it is similar in nature to an applications manager/director. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA. My client is a $9 billion, global, diversified industrial manufacturer with 50,000+ employees spread across more than 200 sites in over 100 countries around the world. Minimum Experience:[*] Education must be graduate degree and commensurate experience or an undergraduate degree plus 10-15 years of Information Technology experience.[*] A successful candidate will possess the ability to manage and motivate teams comprised of staff and consultants as well as the communication skills to interact with all levels of Business and IT management.[*] Candidate must have knowledge of systems that support entire business transaction from design specification to delivery.[*] Should have experience with outsourcing procedures and demonstrated success in managing multiple, simultaneous project initiatives with resource management and load balancing.[*] MAPICS experience in an RPG / AS 400 environment required.[*] Multi-site, global experience.
