Compare Windows and As/400

While working with WINDOWS environment , I found that the user can able to view the applications/services(like SQL Server, IIS Web SErver...)running in the machine and able to stop and start them manually.I want to know is there any possiblity of viewing the services(like DB2/400,SQL/400..) in AS/400 machine.

It depends on the level of security, and what the user is permitted to observe, change, and/or delete. Dave
