Problem to access QDLS after Migration to V5R1M0

Hello, Here is my problem. After migrating from V4R5M0 to V5R1M0, only QSECOFR profil has the right to access to IFS of the AS400. Other user profils (who are in the directory thanks to WRKDIRE) and who are authorized to the folder QDLS can log on by the network from computer under Win98, Win2000 Pro or Server. (i have the message "Access Denied" ..) Anybody already experience this ? Thank you in advance.
