Hi Stacy I have 2 old model 200'S that are on V3R2M0 and I went to the fix central on the Iseries website to download the ptf's. Ibm is trying to get me a customer number to download the ptf's. Then I can download them to a PC and install them. Thanks Tims

V3R2M0 PTFs
Hi... Does anyone know how I can go about getting specific ptfs for V3R2M0? I have a client who refuses to upgrade to a new machine and we are having problems using a TCP/IP printer client (Rumba 2000). I believe that they do not have up-to-date ptfs. We ordered a cume tape but no ptfs installed from the tape. So I wanted to order specific ptfs using sndptford via the modem, but nothing downloaded and nothing got ordered... Help!!! I am desperate!
