CL not logging commands

Maybe it internally changes its own logging level with CHGJOB, or it calls a program or API that changes it.

CL not logging commands

I have a cl pgm that is looping, it logs the first run of the cl job and then stops logging anything in the joblog. I have the logging set up as 4, 00, *seclvl. Any ideas why I don't see the cl commands every time?
