We have a new requirements to generate labels on our I-Series, currently we have a 105se Zebra Printer and we were generating 4.0 by 6.0 inches Labels. I designed a new label with 4.0 by 8.0 inches size and used the TLA ashford software. Then I run the program on the iSeries using the same zebra printer but my problem, is that the labels used the old label size 4 by 6 Inches not the new one that I created. I thought the program will automatically adjust the size of the label when your program call and execute 'Z4XI1024' or 'ZEB41024', with printer override on the CL. Any idea how to configure my program to used different label sizes using TL Ashford. Thanks TIKI

The fastest way to resolve the problem is by calling TL ashford tech support. They are very helpful in resolving any issues relating to generating labels using their software. I have called them many times over the past several years and have also gotten the answers I needed. Jeff
