Where can I find info/doc on Single Signon ? We were suggested to use EIM but what the actual purpose of EIM ?

Here's my understanding... Single signon is where you have the same user id and password on all systems so that once you sign on one system the credentials work on the other systems. EIM, OTOH, allows you to have different user IDs and passwords on all of the systems but EIM maps them together and passes tokens to each system to sign you on. chuck Opinions expressed are not necessarily those of my employer.
