Doug, That happened to me when I upgraded once. The old drive was no longer supported on the new system. chuck Opinions expressed are not necessarily those of my employer. Is there a commad to copy one tape to another or do I have to copy it file by file. We are losing the use of one of our tape drives due to upgrade to v5r2. Thanks in advance Michael Lange Gemini Fashions of Canada
