We recently installed a PCI integrated server configured to run Windows. We have been trying to figure out how to back up the "disk drives" configured for this server using the SAV command. We would first like to verify the save function by doing a save to the tape device and then changing to an automated procedure for overnight save to a save file. When we enter the command - SAV DEV('QSYS.LIB/T1.DEVD') OBJ(('QNTC/*')) it always ends in error. Does anyone have or know where to find a detailed set of step by step instructions for doing this? Thanks for any help you can give us.
