Any device (object) with a attribute of DSPVRT could safely be deleted. It will be recreated when the user lauches the session again. Periodically I delete all DSPVRT devices to clean up garbage that isn't being used anymore. (multiple sessions, etc.)

Totally agree or you can limit the number of virtual devices so that you don't have to deal with this.
