Latest PTF's Affecting Interactive Performance ??

I have a customer who is on V5R3M0 & loaded that latest CUME TL05298 last Sunday. They use mostly batch processing but they have some nightly interactive runs that have slowed down dramatically since this load. The runs that used to take 90 minutes now take over 4 hours. There is nothing else running on the system at this time. The only change on the system that we can pinpoint is the PTF load. Has anybody else seen this type of problem or have any ideas on what else to look at ? Thx for your time Dave
