I had the same problem with a trombone in 5th grade. I gave it up for golf!

Does anyone know how to play the didgeridoo? I just bought one from www.musiciansfriend.com, now I'm hyperventilating, it has no instructions.

The digeridoo is about the size of an Alpine Horn, but has a very limited range (only about three notes). It is more related to a bass flute in terms of how vibrations are produced. Try finding the location of the reed or open hole reed. Dave

Cool. (I have no tips; just thinking about playing a wind instrument makes me hyperventilate.) http://www.pitzsdidges.com/play.htm http://www.didgeridoos-australia.com/play.htm http://www.heartdidg.com/playtips.htm The last one offers this advice, so maybe you're on the right track already. "Hyperventilation is common in learning circular and is either discomforting or a nice high or spin out. its simply resulting from not getting enough oxygen in and too much blowing out so remember to take time to breath and keep grounded."[well, duh] Gene Gaunt wrote: > > Does anyone know how to play the didgeridoo?
