My company use NS/Elite for PC to AS/400 communication. Some times, it locks a screen: PC part says - session is not responding, and AS400 says - session is active. Most of the time problem happened, when we used SEU. Is anyone know WHY and WHAT TO DO? Thank you Vadim

Vadim, You could try using the NS/Router Diagnostics to see if it can help you to identify the problem. Also, the NS/Router Event log is a great place to start looking for errors. -

I find SNA protocol always does that to you, that is session hanging, screen hanging when you are doing SEU, file downlaod ..etc..etc. For your problem, I would try changing the runpty for that session and monitor the performance of that PC.Comment

Thank you everybody for responce. To check, if the problems occured because of SNA server, I will try to use TCP/IP connectivety instead SNA and see, if it will help. Thanks. VadimComment
