When I try to Debug a program ditributed debugger and then re-debug it I get a CPF 1401 error on a file is there something I am missing?

Could you tell me the steps you take to got the error, and the full text for the error message? Thanks. I searched the message file, and its seems there is no message with ID CPF 1401.
