We are running operating system V5R3 on I-series and we are using the free Electronic service Agent software. My question on this is, is anybody getting the system messages that are sent to IBM over the internet also sent to them by email. For example we sometimes have problems with our air conditioning and we get a "ABTEMP" system message generated this message is sent to IBM however i would like to get it sent tomy Blackberry so i can get advanced notice.
We do not use a HMC (which i have heard can do this email function) we are using operating console.
