Sametime Communicate can help you to integrate your legacy communications tools into a seamless user experience, making it easy to switch from a chat to a phone call to a video call. Moreover, all of these services can be accessed from the desktop or from within the IBM Social Business Platform, IBM Industry Solutions, business processes or other third-party applications.
